General:  I love gardening.  It gives me a good reason to play in the dirt.  But, most of all, I love the end result, which is lots of beautiful colors and varieties of flowers.  I also enjoy dancing...it's great exercise. I enjoy walking my dog, Rocky,  a German Shephard mix.  

Music: It's always been a passion of mine.  I love music I can dance to..like Earth, Wind, & Fire, Chaka Khan, Michael Jackson, etc.  I'm a big fan of The Beatles, Chicago, Steely Dan, Eric Claption, etc.  I love jazz music and appreciate those traditional artists as well as the contemporary.  Some of my favorites are: Four Play, Bob James, Grover Washington Jr., George Benson, Paul Hardcastle, etc.  To me, music doesn't have a color, it provokes feelings. If it makes you feel good, then that's all that matters. 

Television: Can't wait for the next "Dancing With The Stars!"  which premieres on Monday, March 22nd.  Love the show.  I enjoy Jay Leno, reruns of Everybody Loves Raymond, Ellen, The Doctors, and Oprah. Local and world news, too. 

Movies: I guess "renting" DVD's qualify, since I don't go regularly to the movies.  I just saw "Everybody's Fine" with Robert DeNiro the other night.  Really enjoyed it.   

DANCING WITH OUR STARS - EVANSVILLE-Style. (Similar to the TV Show - Dancing with the Stars)

I will be involved in this year's dance competition "Dancing with our Stars" Evansville-Style.  Ten couples will come together May 15th at St. Mary's Manor to compete in ballroom dancing.  Ten dance instructors will teach their partners (celebrities from the Tri-State) how to ballroom dance.  Couples are looking for votes!  Each vote is worth $10.00.  All money raised will go to St. Vincent's Day Care Center, Evansville.  There will be opportunities for the community to help sponsor:

CHA-CHA sponsor $ 500.00

My dance partner is Dave Cross, who teaches dance with The Evansville Swing Cats and has been dancing for over 10 years.
